Robin Cuddles

We are still concentrating on 'Christmas in July' over at Polkadoodles this fortnight & I decided to have a play with the new, uber cute Robin Cuddles stamp. I pushed myself this week by giving water colouring another go, I'm not very brave when it comes to using different mediums but I think it came out ok although I could definitely do with some more practice!

The backing paper & sentiment came from Festive Christmas. I added some snowflake embossing behind the main image along with some red ribbon. The additional piece of holly is another stamp on the Santa Clause stamp set.

Many thanks for stopping by. Please feel free to leave me a comment. I do love to read them.

Christmas in July

So over at Polkadoodles we have decided to get you thinking about Christmas. After all it does have a habit of kind of creeping up o you. So with that in mind the DT are here to give you some ideas.

I fancied giving a flip flop card a go. I found a simple to follow tutorial on You Tube made my base card and then used elements from Winnie Winterland & Ribbon/Gift Dies to decorate. I'm really happy with the result. What do you think?
