Bright & Cheery

My inspiration for this weeks Inky Pinky DT project was to try and brighten someone's day now if she see's this post before receiving her card then so be it. I just want her to know I've been thinking about her a lot lately and wish her all the luck in the world for some up and coming events plus the bonus of a Happy Birthday.

This 13.5 x 13.5cm card was coloured with my pencils. I printed 2 copies off and am enclosing one inside for my friend to complete if she wishes to.

Turtley Special

Here's this weeks DT make for the Inky Pinkies. If you're a fan of colouring why not pop over to our facebook page here and join in the fun?

I love a good play on words and I so think this one works for a quick card for a male. Yep, I left family cards until the last minute as usual. I've just got to hope my Uncle receives this tomorrow (for Sunday!) Happy Birthday Uncle Alan!

I coloured the digital image with my pencils using a combination of greens, browns & golds. I think the little fella looks quite safe in there don't you?

Love & Romance

 Well this week over at The Polkadoodles Challenge blog its inspiration time  and here's my take on the subject 'Love & Romance'. I do hope you like it The digi is coloured with Graph'it markers (skin, 4110, 4120, 4115, 4155, hair, 1210, 1230, 1270, 3210, 3245, 3250, 3255, dinosaur, 8110, 8115, 8120, clothing, 9303, 9304, 9305, 9306, 2150, 2180).

I matted and layered a couple of the gorgeous backing papers onto orange cardstock and wrapped a contrasting ribbon around the centre. I printed off a few re sized bones to make a frame around my inked image. I then added the sentiment to the top layer of the heart shaped rock & layered it all up. Finishing it off with a few layered, shaped flowers.
